Hello! I know you have many choices when it comes to selecting a Realtor, so I’ve put myself in your shoes and outlined information here that not only gives you information about myself, but also gives you some insight into my skillset and how I can assist you and your family with your transition.

Fifteen years ago, my husband and I moved our family to North Texas to not only be closer to extended family, but also to leave behind the frigid Midwest winters! In that process, my husband and I searched to find the “perfect” house.  Back then, we didn’t have Google Earth to view homes, so to speed up our house-hunting process, my husband would jump out of the car, peek over the fence to view the backyard and if it didn’t meet our “criteria,” we would move on to the next home. Given our experiences and moving multiple times, I know firsthand that every family/individual, has “nonnegotiable” items on a home wish list.

About 10 years ago, my husband and I started our own real estate investment company. Since then, we have:

*Bought and sold properties

*Rehabbed and flipped properties

*Managed and leased properties

*Utilized the Section 1031 exchange when selling properties

*Invested in real estate ventures

*Marketed and staged our properties

While I do not profess to “know it all,” I have certainly experienced enough real estate transactions, rehab fiascos, permitting delays, and other property issues to confidently handle your particular buying or selling transaction.

Looking for a rehab? I can help you spot issues and give you a "reality check" on the process (city inspections, permits, etc). My husband and I have done lots of DIY and renovations projects (one of my favorite things to do).
