Michelle Sanchez is a proud wife, mother of four, and grandmother of two. Family is her why, and it is the driving force behind her passion for helping others find the perfect place to call home. Originally from California, she has spent the last eight years in Argyle, where she and her family love the community (Go Eagles!) and proudly call Texas home.

With family roots in Nicaragua and Portugal, Michelle brings a deep appreciation for culture and connection to her work. She approaches every client relationship with trust, integrity, and care. As both a Certified Luxury Agent and a Certified Relocation Agent, Michelle specializes in guiding families through major moves, assisting investors with rentals and flips, and showcasing luxury listings across the DFW and Fort Worth areas. Having experienced relocation herself, she understands the challenges and emotions that come with the process and is committed to making every client’s journey smooth and rewarding.

This includes her son’s company, NexGen Media, which manages all video marketing and property media, as well as trusted partners in staging, lending, and relocation services. Outside of real estate, Michelle enjoys traveling with her husband Gus, cheering for their son on the Navy football team (Go Navy, Beat Army!), visiting another son at Ole Miss (Hotty Toddy!), and spending time in Florida with their grandchildren.
